Jam Tart

Dough:

  • 220 g Gluten-free All Purpose Flour (xanthan included)
  • 60 g Confectioners Sugar
  • 60 g margarine
  • 60 g shortening
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water

Place all ingredients in Food Processor and pulse until all comes together to form a ball

Flour a surface lightly and roll out dough 1/8” thick. Cut out circles large enough to place inside a muffin tin or tart form. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove tart shells and fill 1 spoon of jam in each and top with a heart shaped piece of dough.

Bake again another 5 minutes or until slightly brown on the edges.

Remove from pan and cool.
