Combinez les ingr\u00e9dients liquides avec les ingr\u00e9dients secs et voil\u00e0, du pain sucr\u00e9 d\u00e9licieux!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il vous faut\u00a0:<br \/>\nMoule<\/p>\n<p>3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile et un peu plus pour le moule<\/p>\n<p>2 \u0153ufs (ou \u00bc de tasse de yogourt sans lactose)<\/p>\n<p>1 tasse d\u2019eau chaude<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les garnitures que vous d\u00e9sirez, comme des p\u00e9pites de chocolat, des raisins secs, des graines, des pommes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p>Mettez les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans le bol d\u2019un m\u00e9langeur muni d\u2019un fouet plat. Ajoutez 2 \u0153ufs, 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile et 1 tasse d\u2019eau chaude. M\u00e9langez de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne. Transf\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 pain. La p\u00e2te sera collante. Vous pouvez mouiller vos mains pour aplatir le pain. Couvrez avec une pellicule transparente recouverte d\u2019huile et laissez reposer dans un endroit chaud jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait doubl\u00e9 (environ 40 minutes). Faites cuire de 50 minutes \u00e0 1 heure \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s. Laissez refroidir. Coupez et d\u00e9gustez!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Option v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne : Pour faire le Challah sans \u0153ufs, remplacez les oeufs par 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe et demie de fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me (sans lactose) et 1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau ou \u00bc de tasse de yogourt (sans lactose).<\/p>\n<p>Garnitures et surprises\u00a0: Vous pouvez ajouter des raisins secs, des p\u00e9pites de chocolats ou recouvrez le pain Challah avec s\u00e9same ou graines de pavot ou toutes autres garnitures de votre choix.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Formes\u00a0: Il y a plusieurs moules de Challah sur le march\u00e9, si vous voulez cr\u00e9er les tresses reconnues. Cette p\u00e2te est difficile \u00e0 tresser, car elle est collante.
