VEGAN BREAD LOAF (450 g)

- Gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut and nut-free, soy-free, no refined sugar
- No Preservatives (Shelf life 5 days)
- Can be kept Frozen for 3-6 months, then defrosted for shelf life
- Bread can be sliced – approx. 15 pcs per loaf, however, the vegan retail loaf is not sliced to avoid cross contamination with products containing eggs. We make every effort to produce egg-free bread in separate pans and racks, however, we do use eggs in our facility.
Ingredients: Water, gluten-free non-GMO starch blend (modified tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch), sorghum flour, canola oil, organic sugar, xanthan gum, instant yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar.
